Stats
The pickleball card renders four columns: W, L, WIN% and DUPR. DUPR is the reason this card is not a reskinned tennis card — it is a four-significant-figure decimal rating that players know to the hundredth, and getting it visibly right is the whole point of rendering it as text instead of generating it.
The backdrop
Pickleball composites onto a hardcourt: a cool even key light matching indoor rec-centre lighting, a teal court surface, a centre line, and the non-volley zone drawn in perspective. The kitchen line is on the card because it is the line every player argues about.
What photo to send
Two things go wrong here. The paddle is the first — mid-dink, it sits directly in front of the chest and often the chin, and a cutout of a person holding a paddle over their own face is not a card anyone wants. The second is that most courts are indoor and lit like a gym, so the same flat overhead light problem applies. A photo taken between points, paddle down at the side, is worth more than the best rally shot you have.
